Domestic Shipping Options
Economy Shipping
Economy shipping is a combination system of UPS and USPS. On our end, we ship your packages using a service by UPS called "Mail Innovations". What happens is UPS transports your package to your local mail carrier, and then your local mail carrier delivers the package along with your other mail.
Economy ship time is generally 4-6 business days depending on your. Tracking information can take up to 48 business hours to become available on their website.
UPS Ground Shipping
UPS Ground is a service oriented shipment. Tracking becomes avaialable within 24 business hours of shipment, and almost always sooner. Packages take 1-5 business days to arrive, depending on your location. See below for a map of ship times
UPS 2nd Day Air Shipping
UPS 2nd Day Air will take 2 days to arrive anywhere within the US. UPS does not deliver on weekends, however.
USPS Express Shipping
USPS Express Shipping is an economical way to get a package fast. Shipments for most areas are guaranteed next day, and everywhere else 2 days. USPS delivers express packages on Saturdays.
International Shipping Options
Economy Shipping
Economy shipping is the affordable way to ship a package international. With the affordability, however, come some drawbacks. The service generally takes 10-15 business days to arrive. The service offers no visibility on the package, meaning it is untrackable.
How it works is the United States Postal Service processes your shipment here in the United States, then passes the parcel along to your international postal service for it's final shipment. Below are some examples of who the package arrives from based on your country.
- Canada - Canada Post
- Great Britain - Royal Mail
- Australia - Australia Post
- France - La Poste
Priority Shipping
Priority shipping is more expensive than economy, as it offers delivery confirmation and a faster delivery time. Delivery time tends to be 7-10 business days.
Like economy shipping, how it works is the United States Postal Service processes your shipment here in the United States, then passes the parcel along to your international postal service for it's final shipment.
* With all international shipping options, duties and taxes are based on local laws. While most of our packages arrive without any additional duties or taxes, this is somethign we cannot control. For information about how your contry handles duties and taxes, call your local post office.
